Our Programs
Training methods from the French Football Federation
Open to boys and girls aged 4–18 of all nationalities, our Singapore academy welcomes motivated players at every level. Led by former FFF Academy staff and overseen by UEFA A-licensed coach Patrick Vallée, we follow French Football Federation standards and philosophy. Our competitive and recreational programmes develop football skills, confidence and well-being in a safe, fun environment, guided by pleasure, respect, tolerance, commitment and solidarity.
ACADEMY PROGRAM
For players ready to take their game further, 3F Academy recommends training at least three times a week and competing locally and overseas. Our boys and girls teams play in the Singapore Youth League, Young Eagles League, Accel Youth League, SINGA Cup and Bali 7s. Through our UNITY Programme, players can train and play alongside UNITY FC, while FOOTBAR technology tracks performance in matches and training. We expect exemplary behaviour on and off the field.
ELITE PROGRAM
Take your game further with our Girls U13–U17 programme. Led by 3F Academy and Technical Director Patrick Vallée, players develop technique, tactical awareness and confidence through expert training and competition. We also nurture resilience, teamwork and ambition, helping talented players grow into strong young women. Selected players may progress through UNITY FC, train with its Women’s Premier League team and compete alongside some of Singapore’s best. Join the journey!
GIRLS PROGRAM
Give your child a joyful first step into football! Designed for children aged 4–6, our toddler programme builds coordination, agility and balance through fun, age-appropriate games. In a safe, educational and social environment, young players learn football basics while developing teamwork, confidence, decision-making and responsibility. Guided by the values of respect, fair play and team spirit, children run, jump, play and grow every week—learning without even realising it. Join us today!
TODDLERS PROGRAM
Your talent could take you further—at no cost. Boys and girls aged 16–17 can apply for a 100% football scholarship, awarded according to playing level, skills and potential. Selected players will train with our competitive teams, compete in the Singapore Youth League and may progress to UNITY FC—all completely free. Ready to take the next step? SCHOLARSHIPS
Own your goal with our Goalkeeper Programme for academy players aged 10–17. Through specialised, age-appropriate coaching, young keepers develop handling, diving, positioning, footwork, distribution and one-on-one skills. Every session builds confidence, focus, communication and decision-making in a safe, challenging environment. Whether learning the fundamentals or preparing for competition, each goalkeeper receives the support needed to improve, lead and perform at their best.

UNITY FC
UNITY FC is the senior men’s and women’s football club of 3F Academy. Its mission is to integrate the 3F Academy’s most promising U16 and U17 players into an adult football environment, giving them valuable experience through training, matches, and competitive leagues. By bridging the gap between youth and senior football, UNITY FC provides every player with a clear pathway towards reaching their full potential and, ultimately, pursuing a professional career.
Established in Singapore in 2022, UNITY FC is managed by 3F Academy and its Technical Director, Patrick Vallée. The project was directly approved by Laura Georges, the legendary French central defender who earned 188 caps for the France women’s national team and later served as Secretary General of the French Football Federation.
This season marks a major milestone as our women’s team joins the Singapore Women’s Premier League (WPL)—a bold step forward that reflects our commitment to the growth and development of women’s football.
Our men’s teams also continue to progress with dedication and passion while competing in the Equatorial Football League (EFL).

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
PATRICK VALLEE
Patrick Vallee is well known in Singapore to lead Etoile FC to the S-League and League Cup title in 2010 and Tanjong Pagar United FC in Singapore Cup final in 2013, and League Cup final in 2014.
Holding an UEFA A coaching licence, He got an amazing background and more than 30 years of experience as professional coaching (French League 2 & 3. Congo National Team etc) and youth development leader (FFF Academy, Qatar, China...)
Patrick has also been appointed as a head coach of the Selangor Cup to lead the Singapore team in 2013
Patrick is the perfect youth development leader to teach football to all kids who love the game and want to learn how to play.

STEEVE CUPAIOLO
Steeve Cupaiolo is an experienced sports industry professional with more than two decades of experience spanning sports institutions, media, and international business development.
He is the Founder and Partner of the Sports marketing agency Silk Road Sports Consulting, established in 2019 with operations in Singapore and Indonesia, as well as SKR Ventures, a Sports Investment company, launched in Dubai in 2025.
He is also the owner of 3F Academy in Singapore and Jakarta, reflecting his ongoing commitment to grassroots football development.
Steeve holds an MBA in Sports Management, he began his career in the sports industry as Marketing and Communication Director for French Ligue 1 clubs Stade de Reims and Evian Thonon Gaillard FC from 2009 to 2014, where he played a key role in shaping brand strategy and fan engagement.

Jonathan Macaud is a sports professional and coach with over 10 years of experience in the fitness and football industry. Passionate about sport and human development, he is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential, build confidence and achieve sustainable progress.
His coaching philosophy goes beyond physical performance. Jonathan believes that understanding the person behind the athlete, building trust and creating the right relationship are essential to achieving meaningful and lasting development.
Whether working with athletes, young players or individuals looking to improve their fitness, his approach combines high standards, personalised coaching and a genuine commitment to each person’s growth.
His philosophy is simple: develop the person, elevate the performance.
ELITE INDIVIDUAL FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT
Led by PATRICK VALLEE, our 3F Elite Individual Football Development Programme provides a highly personalised environment for young players who are committed to taking their football to the next level.
Drawing on more than 30 years of international experience in player development, Patrick works with each player according to their age, level, position, individual profile and ambitions, creating a focused development experience built around the needs of the player.
Our approach is centred on developing the complete footballer.
Technical excellence remains at the core of every session, with a strong emphasis on first touch, ball mastery, passing, receiving, dribbling, 1v1 ability, finishing and technique under pressure. This technical work is integrated with football intelligence, helping players better understand space, movement, decision-making and the demands of the modern game.
Athletic development is also incorporated according to age and maturity, focusing on coordination, balance, agility, movement quality, functional strength, core stability and body control.
Sessions are delivered 1-to-1 or in carefully selected small groups of up to 6 players, allowing for a high level of individual attention while maintaining meaningful football interaction.
ELITE FOOTBALL CONSULTING
3F Academy is owned by Steeve Cupaiolo, founder and CEO of Silk Road Sports Consulting, a sports marketing agency established in 2019 with operations in Singapore and Indonesia. He is also the founder of SKR Ventures, a sports investment company launched in Dubai in 2025.
Drawing on its extensive international sports and business networks, 3F Academy provides personalized guidance to help young athletes explore and pursue future opportunities in professional football and the wider sports industry.
We support high-potential players seeking placements
with leading European youth academies, including in France
and the United Kingdom. Through our U.S. soccer partnership with ELITE ATHLETES, we also facilitate opportunities within the American university system, including NCAA soccer placements and potential scholarships.
Additional pathways include coach education opportunities at the Academy and internships in sports management.
These consulting and placement services are available exclusively to players enrolled in 3F Academy.

From Singapore to FFF CLAIREFONTAINE (Paris)
The French Football Federation offers a football camp at the CNF in Clairefontaine for young people aged 8 to 15 during the summer and All Saints' holidays.
Since the early 1990s, the Clairefontaine National Football Centre has regularly hosted football camps for children and adolescents. Renamed the FFF Académie Clairefontaine this year, in line with the "FFF Academy" opened in New York in 2019 and Singapore in 2020, the centre organises stays for girls and boys aged 8 to 15, from France and abroad, during the summer and All Saints holidays.
The concept? Live a week of football, with fun activities, in the temple of French football.
